Atlas Copco is hiring a Service Engineer in Chengdu, China. This Position is remote.
Responsibilities
- Independently and assist other engineers to complete general electrical fault diagnosis and repair.
- Provide technical guidance for the installation of new machines below 90KW
- provide startup and commissioning services
- provide equipment maintenance training for customers on site after commissioning.
- Inspect contract customer rooms and equipment
- communicate with customers and provide rational suggestions.
- Present optimization space or improvement suggestions found during the inspection to customers in the form of reports.
- Write service work records, fault diagnosis reports, annual service reports, etc.
- Collect and give feedback to customer on-site equipment operation information
- provide customers with rational suggestions to ensure stable operation of the machine.
- Provide customers with energy-saving optimization solutions through air flow measurement and calculation, etc.
- Participate in service engineer skill assessment, strive to learn professional skills and knowledge and improve your own maintenance technology level.
