Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual with leadership skills to join our company as an Associate Project Manager/Business Analyst. In this role, you work with the primary Project Manager to ensure the completion of Team projects. Your BA background will help to clarify & gather requirements, process tasks in a proper direction to support project team. You may be assigned to coordinate administrative tasks, schedule resources, and send staff deadline reminders. We are looking for a candidate who can be trusted to effectively coordinate the efforts of a project team with limited supervision and make sure the project is completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Understand the scope of the project
- Manage requirement documents for being up-to-date
- Assist Delivery Lead with facilitating Agile activities
- Coordinate tasks and resources
- Monitor and assist Scrum teams in daily activities
- Create positive relationships and maintain open lines of communication with Scrum teams and Onshore
- Timely and proactive response to requests for service from all areas of the business
- Effective risk & issue management, with timely and efficient escalation of issues to Delivery Lead
- Timely and accurate status Report to Delivery Lead
- Manage team working process effectively
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Project manager
- Experience in managing project, especially project planning
- Experienced in Agile methodologies
- Good logical thinking
- A team player with good interpersonal skills (communication, positive attitude, teamwork)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Be detail-oriented and Organized
- Patience, Can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experienced in working with customers in Europe (AU, UK)
