Hours: 10am-7pm (Tuesday to Saturday (training schedule is Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Develop strong product and install knowledge
- Assist in scorecard data entry
- Notate all sales appointment debriefs and calls logs into CRM
- Surpass personal sales targets while exemplifying unwavering customer focus
- Proactively optimize sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Assist Roof Advisors with estimating and sketching via RoofSnap
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate supplementing claims
- Have weekly pipeline reviews with each sales guy
- Collect initial payments as needed
- Accommodate clients with financing options
- Assist sales team with DocuSign and other clerical duties
- Complete Roof Advisor Check-in SOP’s to hand off job to production team
- Maintain closing ratio and RPA data for company performance and future projections
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and Charisma
- 2 or more years proven of sales experience
- Clear and concise communication
- Results driven mindset
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Professional appearance
- Previous use of CRM’s and apps in the workplace
- Previous construction experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Must be pivot ready
- Additional projects as needed

2.1099 Outside Sales Representative

Entry Level
Hours: Monday to Friday 10 AM-7 PM Two Saturdays 9 AM-3 PM
Responsibilities
- Maintain schedule and communicate scheduling trends and needs to the Director of Sales
- Build relationships and establish trust with potential and existing clients
- Educate clients on the needs of their roofs and present options for restoring their roofs to optimal service
- Document projects appropriately with photos and notes to production
- Find opportunities to build relationships with other businesses in efforts to bring in future business opportunities
Qualifications
- 1 year proven Sales experience

- Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
- Have great communication skills and a willingness to work hard

Compensation
- Up to 12% Commission
- Expected 1st-year earnings – $50,000 – $80,000
