1.Senior Software Engineer Oracle/ETL
The role involves technical design, software development, implementation and maintenance software solutions/products that support the Emirates Group Business
Responsibilities
- Work with senior technical engineers in the technical design process by contributing to analyzing technical application requirements.
- Convert technical solutions for small to medium-sized initiatives into low-level design and working code.
- Independently write secure and optimized code by implementing Emirates Group approved coding standards.
- Participate in rotational on-call support and actively participate in resolving production issues within SLAs with minimal or no active supervision.
- Responsible for built-in quality and ensuring 100% unit testing as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyse and fix all identified defects with minimal rework
- To ensure re-factoring practices are adequately adopted to ensure minimum code debt.
- To ensure logging and monitoring hooks are implemented in the code development.
- Continuously stay current with the relevant technologies and implement the learnings to enhance code quality
Qualifications
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT-Software Engineering.
- Relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres;
- NoSQL databases: Couchbase, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Cassandra.

2.Engine Overhaul Engineer I
As an Engine Overhaul Engineer, you will supervise and mentor Engineers, Senior Technicians, Technicians and Mechanics to carry out Assembly, Disassembly, Cleaning, Inspection, Repairs, refurbishment, modifications, testing and rectification on all types of aircraft engines.
Responsibilities
- Managing the activities and work of direct reports by providing mentoring and guidance to ensure that work with is carried out efficiently in line with the individual’s targets
- Managing all tasks for quality and accuracy by utilising knowledge of the engine overhaul process, company procedures as well as the use of the ESM, IPC, CMM, SB’s and AD’s ensuring paperwork and MRO ERP system tasks are completed progressively
- Liable for sectional metric responsibility for targets and planned work, oversee allocation and training of staff ensuring the allocated tasks are aligned to individual’s approvals/competencies. Develop skills matrix and training program for staff to meet sectional requirements.
- Create and promote a safe working environment for all staff ensuring direct reports have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to work safely in alignment with EEMC / EOW Safety policy, provide support and direction.
- Ensure own attendance and direct reports are in alignment with sectional shift pattern, monitor direct reports attendance and initiate step in accordance with the company Capability and Disciplinary regulations.
- Assess staff competencies, skills and ability to successfully gain self-certification approval, Assess Senior Technicians to successfully gain Inspectors approval, Mentor technicians and mechanics and identify areas of improvement to achieve the desired skill level.
- Own sectional metric responsibility for targets and planned work, oversee allocation and training of staff ensuring the allocated tasks are aligned to individual’s approvals / competencies.
- Manages effective achievement of unit goals through managing by setting individual goals, managing performance, developing, training and motivating staff
- To oversee efficient manpower management using the 145 roster or relevant roster for daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
- Ensure to effectively set staff annual business contribution evaluation goals and competencies through conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience of 12+ years in Aircraft / Engine Engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Aeronautical Subjects: Mechanical, Maintenance, Avionics or Electronics Tech Engineering.
- Valid Maintenance Engineering License OR Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship of at least 2 years.
- Must hold the relevant Engine Overhaul Workshop Approval / Authorisation.
- Work experience in Aviation Maintenance or MRO Environment with at least 5 years certifying experience as approval holder in a reputable Airline or MRO company.
- Ability to delegate tasks and lead a team to ensure all work carried out and the progress is aligned to production plan.
- Monitor and be accountable for all paperwork/work instructions for task that are being supervised are accurate and completed to regulatory standards at all times.
- Competent and experienced with reviewing/Understanding/Actioning Airworthiness Directives (AD’s) Service Bulletins (SB).
- Perform budgetary activities for the sub-gate or section / line.
- Carry out risk assessment and periodic audit on team and section per the regulatory requirements and MOE relevant procedures.
- Ability to command diverse culture and lead in coordination with support sections to achieve gate targets.
3.Senior Security Agent (UAE Nationals)
To coordinate, control and support security operations as outlined in the Security Policy and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and conduct random checks of personnel deployed in all security assignments to ensure that instructions and procedures are carried out.
- Prepare reports on all incidents during the shift, and submit to the relevant supervisor, for escalation to management where required.
- Prepare the work rosters to ensure the most efficient utilisation of manpower and thereby reduce overtime payments.
- Support preliminary investigations by collecting facts (e.g. workplace inspection etc.) in order to determine suitable action.
- Participate in the execution of operations as and when required
- Provide supervision to outsourced security personnel (Transguard Patrol)
- Facilities & Accommodation > Monitor and control the reception log books. Report any unusual incidents to the line, following up on the results of any incidents to avoid recurrence.
- Inspect security aspects of the accommodation buildings, collate all maintenance requests received from tenants and provide the necessary reports to the appropriate departments.
- Provide and facilitate an operational security service for Emirates and dnata in the safe handling and storage of air cargo products
- Support the line in maintaining documentary evidence for all transactions and incidents as part of the risk management and supply chain security regime.
- Conduct and supervise security tasks related to cargo handling and aircraft protection
- Collate information and intelligence on profiled passengers from reports, disseminate the information and support the management in the coordination of necessary action.
- Support the supervisor in the execution of security related advance passenger information related systems, secure flight programs and watch lists as well as any other appropriate regulatory security programs.
Qualifications
- Security (General) : 3+ Years
- 10 Years schooling or equivalent :
- Experience in the aviation security field is preferred Experienced in Microsoft word and Excel.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), Arabic would be advantageous.
4.Sales Support Executive
Provide comprehensive support to the trade, corporate and direct customers across all sales channels within UAE Sales with high level of efficiency to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Support internal and external customers by addressing their queries in a timely manner and offering guidance as required.
- Handle all trade related general booking queries including medical assistance, Skywards other ancillaries
- Provide booking/ticketing support for EK sponsored events
- Prepare and handle EK corporate travel agreements for all accounts and communicate booking/ticketing conditions to the trade partners.
- Assist all commercial stakeholders with inaugural flight invitations
- Maintain up to date EK booking/ticketing procedures and policies on Emirates Partner Portal (EPP) for all trade partners
- Promptly distribute trade communication (B2B) endorsed and provided by CCMB to all internal/external customers.
Qualifications
- 12 Years schooling or equivalent
- Commercial/Sales. Other : 5+ Years
- Experience in Commercial and sales experience in an airline or travel agency.
- Knowledge/skills: In-depth knowledge of the UAE travel market, world geography, fare construction and booking/ticketing procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, Salesforce, EK reservation systems and any GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a highly contributing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate fluently in English with strong interpersonal skills and drive to continuously exceed customer expectations.
