As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers in the French market. Your ultimate goal will be to make our customers successful in their business by effectively using our vacation rental software.
Responsibilities
- You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our platform among our diverse client base.
- Identify opportunities for customers to use more of our services to help their businesses grow. Communicate the value of these opportunities to the customers effectively.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- You serve as the primary contact for any significant issues our customers face. You’ll coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to ensure a timely and effective resolution.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services, understand new challenges they are facing, and provide appropriate support or solutions.
- Conduct webinars, create user guides, and provide other training materials to help customers understand and fully utilize our software.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to share customer insights that inform new business strategies and product improvements.
- Monitor and report on account health, usage, and client satisfaction metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of increasingly complex enterprise experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in the SaaS industry.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio of accounts (100-200 customers), and consistently deliver on expected engagement activities.
- Proven track record of NRR and GRR performance, with verifiable expertise in driving upsells, cross-sells, and ownership of customer’s successes.
- Native-level French language proficiency. Additional language proficiency is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and manage client expectations, even at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning complex issues into simple solutions.
- Willingness to work in the EMEA time zone.

Responsibilities
- Ensure their cross-functional team builds the right solutions that solve customer problems in a way that is secure, extensible and scalable for the future.
- Tech Leads are expected to govern the technical maturity for their respective domain, having a clear view of the architectural challenges and how to remediate them over time.
- drive our Domain Driven Design processes, help design the future evolution of our architecture and drive the overall modularization effort.
- This is a pivotal role where you will work directly with the engineering leadership team to define & execute on our technical architectural vision, building a platform foundation that our other domain teams can build upon.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Expert-level proficiency in a Backend programming language, we use PHP.
- Hands-on experience with completing the transition to microservices architectures and Domain-Driven Design
- Strong understanding of both relational (MySQL) as well as no-SQL data stores (like DynamoDB or ElasticSearch), data modeling and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Fargate) and the associated ecosystem
- Experience with event-streaming platforms like Kafka or Kinesis
- Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural distributed computing principles
- Experience with working in SaaS product companies
- Experience with front-end engineering (e.g., ReactJS, NextJS, TailwindUI and similar)
