Responsibilities
- Whilst based at Wet’n’Wild theme park, you will manage and deliver all technical projects for Village Roadshow Theme Parks working at any of our properties as required.
- Manage and deliver all technical projects as directed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Assist in the facilitation of all technical, maintenance and reliability projects for Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
- Maintain and create policy, procedure and project documentation where required.
- Liaison with regulatory authorities as required
Qualifications
- Completed Engineering trade certificate or engineers’ qualification preferred , undergraduates would be considered .
- Demonstrated experience managing and documenting technical projects.
- Forklift and elevated work platform licenses desirable.

- Delegate cleaning of rooms
- Check rooms and conduct regular inspections of public areas
- Maintain supplies and laundry
- Roster effectively and on a daily basis
- Implement training and follow up progressions
- Maintain accurate lost property records
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth operation and superior guest service
- Manage and coordinate the Housekeeping team including but not limited to, team meetings, resource planning, recruitment, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a busy hotel is essential
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Be physically fit, physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twisting
- A high level of personal presentation, with excellent guest service skills
- Proven track record in people management and development
- Immunization for Hepatitis A&B is recommended
