Job Description
The OpenNebula Systems team is seeking a talented full-stack with a passion for developing amazing end user experiences. Responsibilities
- Designing, developing and maintaining OpenNebula UI front-end and back-end components
- Testing coverage of developed components (TDD)
- Creating easy to follow documentation for web components
- Best of breed front-end style and layout
- Improving and focusing on excellence in user experience
- Keeping up to date on web technologies and updating existing components
- Identifying process improvements to deliver the highest software quality
Qualifications
- 2-3 years working experience
- Software development, integration and maintenance
- Web technologies: Redux-toolkit/React, node.js, CSS, Webpack, Cypress.
- Use of Linux environments: RHEL/AlmaLinux, Ubuntu/Debian
- Use of version control systems: Git
- Fluent spoken English, demonstrated technical writing skills in English
- GitFlow development experience.
- Administration of Linux environments including networking and storage.
- Scripting language (Python and/or Ruby)
- Ansible
- API design experience
- Development of solutions integrating and extending open source products.
- Edition of documentation in a software development project.

2.Remote Account Manager – Partnerships
Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager – Partnerships with great communication skills and an understanding of the enterprise private and hybrid cloud industry to help our company grow.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the community, marketing and sales teams, developing and executing a Partnership Program with main target markets, partner/end-customer identification and prioritization, qualification process, nurturing, proposition and closing
- Understanding partner needs, and planning new strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior
- Coordinating the business opportunities from all company activities related to collaborations with companies in the ecosystem
- Maintaining and executing the Partner Programs, managing existing partnerships to set them up for success with end-customers
- Assess partnership opportunities, negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms, and maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Defining campaigns to generate sales in collaboration with partners, and developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
- Working in sync with the product development and engineering teams to develop sustainable and commercially viable products, and to deliver and meet customer and partner expectations
- Working with the customer success team to build lasting relationships with key customer accounts from partners
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, is recommended
- A master’s degree and certifications in sales management are preferred but not necessary.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Development, Partner, Sales or Pre-Sales Manager in the IT market.
- 3+ years overall IT/development Background.
- Hands-on experience in managing or contributing to open source projects.
- Experience working with global customers.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
- Demonstrated technical writing skills (in English)

3.Remote Customer Success Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a drive to create meaningful relationships with our customers and champion their needs. The new manager needs great communication and interpersonal skills as well as an understanding of the enterprise private and hybrid cloud industry
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships for assigned accounts and take the lead in customer communication, monitor customer outcomes, goal-alignment, and customer satisfaction.
- Developing or assisting in the development of customer account strategies together with Sales, Services and Support teams.
- Create long-lasting business connections, strengthening customer relationships and building them into true business partnerships, assisting them throughout their customer journey.
- Maintain client records, keeping and sending periodic updates, and having an overview of account contract information, including the best times to reach out for renewals and account updates.
- Being the customers’ liaison, helping push client concerns, issues, and needs toward resolution with internal teams by facilitating efficient communication and aiding the resolution process as much as possible.
- Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.
- Understand the products and services the business offers to better ensure their adequate delivery to customers.
- Drive evaluation/feedback of new components
- Monitor customer activity, creating and contributing to reports, and meet with stakeholders on a recurring basis to improve customer understanding, drive business, and discuss areas of improvement.
- Assist Sales in monitoring for upsell and cross-sell opportunities and discussing any findings with the Head of Sales.
